Policies

There are no lessons on public holidays, long weekends or during school holidays. Tuition fees are not charged for lessons landing on a public holiday or long weekend.

Tuition fees are payable on invoice and are due at the commencement of the first lesson of each term.

A student’s enrolment may be cancelled if fees are not received by the end of the first teaching week of each term. Please contact the teacher to discuss or arrange late payments.

Term fees are not transferable from one term to the next.

Refunds are not given for missed lessons. A make-up lesson may be scheduled in the same term depending on availability. If a suitable make-up lesson cannot be found within the same term, then the missed lesson will be forfeited. Please talk to the teacher about arranging a make-up lesson.

If a student does not attend a scheduled make-up lesson then another make-up lesson will not be offered.

Lessons missed in one term are not transferrable (as a make-up lesson or lesson credit) to the next term.

Refunds are not given for students discontinuing tuition during a term.

A refund of term fees will be thoughtfully considered if there is a change in the circumstances affecting a student’s ability to attend lessons. Please inform and talk to the teacher about an enrolled student’s inability to attend.

Lessons will be made-up in the event of teacher illness or a refund/lesson credit given for any teacher cancelled lessons.

There are no refunds on books and materials.
